SWilson Group LLC ("SWilson Group," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through swilsongroup.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.
We collect information you choose to give us directly, such as your name, email address, and (where you choose to provide it) mobile phone number, when you contact us through the Site, submit an inquiry form, or email us at info@swilsongroup.com. We do not currently use analytics, tracking cookies, or advertising technology on this Site.
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiries, communicate with you about SWilson Group and its divisions, and improve this Site. We do not disclose your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
There is exactly one way you can begin receiving text messages from us: you give us your mobile number on our contact form and tick the messaging consent box yourself.
When you voluntarily provide a mobile telephone number to SWilson Group LLC and affirmatively consent to receive text messages by ticking that box, we use that number only for the purposes described in the consent you gave: to respond to your inquiry, and to send confirmations and scheduling updates related to your request. The box is not ticked for you, and you can submit the form without ticking it. If you do not tick it, we record that you did not, and we do not text you.
We do not add you to text messaging because you called us, emailed us, or used any other part of this Site.
Text messaging is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to give messaging consent. Some of the services our divisions provide may be delivered to a minor, for example transportation for a student, but the person who contacts us, provides a mobile number and consents to messages is always the parent, legal guardian, or other responsible adult arranging the service, never the child. We do not knowingly collect a mobile number from anyone under 18 and we do not send text messages to anyone under 18. If we learn that a number in the program belongs to someone under 18, we remove it and delete the associated consent record.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP at any time to stop all messages, or HELP at any time for assistance. You may also contact us at info@swilsongroup.com.
Providing a mobile number and granting messaging consent is optional. It is never a condition of purchase, of receiving a response from us, or of using any part of our service.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.
The contact form at swilsongroup.com/book is the only place on this Site that asks for a mobile number and a messaging consent. We retain the record of your consent, including the exact disclosure text shown to you, the page you were on, and the date and time, for as long as we retain your contact record and as required to evidence compliance.
Text messages you receive are sent by our team, not by an automated or AI system, unless we tell you otherwise at the time.
Please do not send us sensitive information (such as Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or detailed medical information) through the contact form or by text message.
This Site does not currently set non-essential cookies. If that changes as the Site grows, we will update this policy and provide a cookie consent tool before any non-essential cookies are set.
We may use third-party service providers (such as email and hosting providers) to operate this Site. Those providers only access information as needed to perform services on our behalf and are not authorized to use it for their own purposes.
We take reasonable measures to protect information you share with us, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
You may contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, to request a correction, or to request deletion, subject to any legal obligations we may have to retain certain records.
This Site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this Site.
Separately, and regardless of the above, our text messaging program is restricted to adults: a person must be 18 or older to provide a mobile number and give messaging consent. Where a service is delivered to a minor, the contact and consent always come from a parent, legal guardian, or other responsible adult, never from the child.
