These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of swilsongroup.com (the "Site"), operated by SWilson Group LLC ("SWilson Group," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this Site, you agree to these Terms.
This SMS program is operated by SWilson Group LLC. Providing a mobile number and consenting to this program is not a condition of purchase or of receiving any service from us.
Age requirement. This SMS program is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to opt in. By providing your mobile number and giving messaging consent, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, and that you are the account holder for that mobile number or have the account holder's permission to consent.
Some of the services our divisions provide may be delivered to a minor, for example transportation for a student. In those cases the person who contacts us, provides a mobile number and consents to text messages is always the parent, legal guardian, or other responsible adult arranging the service, never the child. We do not collect mobile numbers from minors, we do not enroll minors in this SMS program, and we do not send text messages to anyone under 18. If we learn that a subscriber is under 18, we will remove that number from the program and delete the associated messaging consent record.
SWilson Group LLC sends text messages from the number displayed to you when you submit our contact form, currently (754) 333-6227. Messages relate only to your inquiry: confirmations, follow-up questions, and scheduling updates. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
There is one, and only one, way you can start receiving these messages: you give us a mobile number and tick the messaging consent box at swilsongroup.com/book. That box is unticked by default and you can submit the form without it. We will not text you because you called us or emailed us.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to the number that texted you. After you reply STOP, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
If you want to receive messages again after opting out, reply START to the same number, or submit a new inquiry through our contact form and check the SMS consent box again. This counts as a new opt-in.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages only in response to your inquiry, typically 1 to 5 messages while your inquiry is open. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
