Meet Shelly Francis
Shelly Francis founded SWilson Group and serves as its Manager, the role recorded on the company's filing with the Florida Division of Corporations. She is the person accountable for how this company treats people, and she built it to be small enough that this stays true as it grows.
Her decision to put healthcare support and transportation under one roof came from seeing how often families are left to coordinate both themselves, usually at the worst possible moment, usually while also holding down a job. The industry answer is to hand them two vendors and a stack of phone numbers. Shelly's answer was to build one company that owns the whole handoff.
